By creating an account, accessing the platform, placing a wager or using any feature of 777fa, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. • "Account" means the personal registered user account created by you on the 777fa platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account at any given time, denominated in PKR.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback or other incentive awarded by 777fa.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real-money funds from you into your Account balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by 777fa before processing withdrawals or as otherwise requested.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 777fa. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices or shared IP addresses — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances derived from duplicate use.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your username or password with any other person.
• Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must notify 777fa support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account registration must be completed in your own legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport.

777fa reserves the right to suspend or close any account where registration information is found to be false, misleading or incomplete, without prior notice and without liability.

777fa operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any time during your use of the Platform, including after significant deposit activity or where our compliance systems flag a review requirement.

You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a current passport.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or government-issued document confirming your residential address in Pakistan — issued within the past three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the payment method used to fund your account (e.g., mobile wallet statement, bank account confirmation).
• Source of Funds: In cases of high-value deposits or where required by compliance review, documentation of your source of income or funds.

All KYC documents must be submitted through the secure on-site KYC portal only. Do not send sensitive identity documents via email. Processing times for KYC review are typically 1–5 business days from the date of complete document submission.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made using payment accounts belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and potential account suspension.

777fa displays all account balances in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are published in the cashier section of the platform and may be updated from time to time. 777fa is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposit transactions.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• In cases of processing delays, contact 777fa support with your transaction reference number.
• 777fa does not accept cash deposits or physical payment instruments.
• The platform may offer deposit via familiar Pakistani payment references. These references are contextual only. 777fa does not represent that any specific payment method is available at any given time, and availability may change without notice.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• You must have sufficient verified funds in your account balance (net of any active bonus wagering requirements).
• KYC verification must be complete and approved before any withdrawal is released.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Typical processing ranges from 1 to 5 business days after compliance approval.

If you choose to close your account, any remaining verified balance will be returned to you following the standard withdrawal and compliance process, provided no breach of these Terms is identified.

All wagers placed on 777fa are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market or game, as published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between general terms and sport-specific or market-specific rules, the more specific rules take precedence.

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is only confirmed when you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. Pending or unconfirmed bets are not binding on 777fa.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. 777fa is not responsible for odds fluctuations occurring between bet selection and submission.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet, per market and per event. Limits may vary by sport and are published within each market.
• Voided Bets: 777fa reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed or materially altered — for example, a Pakistan cricket match abandoned due to weather.
• Palpable Errors: Where odds are published due to a manifest error (e.g., a decimal input mistake resulting in unrealistic pricing), 777fa reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• In-Play Betting: In-play markets are subject to suspension or closure at any time. Bets accepted after an event's outcome is determined — due to data feed latency — may be voided at 777fa's discretion.
• Integrity: Any wager suspected of being placed in connection with match-fixing, insider information or corruption will be voided and the matter reported to relevant authorities.

777fa may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions and other incentives from time to time. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games or markets, and expiry dates, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria are published with each individual offer.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering on bonus funds must be completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonus balances are forfeited automatically.

• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in, facilitating or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing or any corrupt activity involving events on which bets are placed.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors with the intent to generate artificial profit.
• Money laundering or using the platform to conceal, transfer or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity.
• Sharing account access with any third party, including family members.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 777fa staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy or redistribute platform content, odds data or software.

777fa reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of these Terms has occurred, or where required by compliance obligations.

Circumstances that may trigger suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or prohibited conduct.
• A court order or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Extended account inactivity beyond the threshold stated in the cashier terms.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting 777fa support. Voluntary closure does not exempt you from outstanding obligations under these Terms, including any wagering requirements attached to bonus funds or any pending KYC review.

All content on the 777fa platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, odds compilation methodology, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of 777fa or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post or transmit any platform content without prior written permission.
• Scrape or collect odds, data, or pricing information by automated means.
• Use 777fa's brand name, logo or trademarks in any context without explicit written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on platform content or software.

Any unauthorised use of 777fa's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777fa shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses — including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, whether based in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise.

Without limiting the above, 777fa does not accept liability for:

• Losses arising from interrupted, delayed or unavailable platform access due to technical failures, maintenance or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds or data published due to a third-party data feed error.
• Any financial loss you incur as a direct or indirect result of gambling on the platform, beyond the return of your verified account balance in accordance with these Terms.
• Actions taken by payment providers that delay or prevent deposits or withdrawals.
• Any consequence arising from your failure to comply with applicable local law.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account. Continuing to access the platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance.
